Our history
Wolt delivered its first order in the city of Ljubljana in September.
Our six-person team worked hard to bring a completely new standard to the city, including deliveries in under 30 minutes.
In May we launched in our second city - Maribor. But it didn’t take us long before we started delivering in Celje as well.
All this with a small team of 15 people!
This was the year we really grew. In a matter of months, we expanded to four new cities – Kranj, Koper, Novo mesto and Domžale.
Apart from the awesome restaurant selection, we added groceries, electronics, flowers and many other things to our app.
In the beginning of the year, we launched in three more cities! Now Wolt is operating in 11 of the biggest cities in Slovenia – offering deliveries in under 30 minutes from 650+ merchants.
Our team grew to over 60 people. Needless to say, we expanded our offices as well!
Our plans for 2023 are big! We're bringing Wolt to more cities and customers all around Slovenia, as well as extending our offers to groceries and other retail products. Join more than 70 wonderful and ambitious souls who work every day to make life better in Slovenia!
2019
