What you’ll be doing
As a Support Manager for the SSC team in Hungary, you’ll lead Team Leads to deliver consistent, high-quality customer support across multiple markets. You’ll drive collaboration, performance, and strategic improvements while partnering closely with stakeholders to continuously elevate the support experience.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Scale the SSC support operation by forecasting demand, planning hiring, and evolving team structures across countries
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and integration of new team members as the organization grows
- Coach and support Team Leads, fostering a strong performance and feedback culture
- Own performance management, including KPIs, adherance, and goal-setting
- Use data and reporting to identify improvement opportunities and drive actionable insights
Our humble expectations
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support or service management, including leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to translate data and KPIs into clear actions and improvements
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Fluency in English, Hungarian is a plus
