This role is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, operational execution, and data-driven insights to scale Wolt’s retail business in Czechia and beyond.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead strategic projects focused on retail operational excellence, client experience, and conversion funnel optimization across retail cities in Czechia
- Develop and implement scalable playbooks that drive partner store operations, order volume, and retention
- Use data to identify performance gaps and create dashboards and tools, including AI-powered solutions, to automate decision-making
- Design and maintain a calculation model that links operations KPIs to partner volume growth and profitability
- Create partner guidelines to help them reach assortment and operations targets, ensuring effective implementation
- Work with store managers and third-party agencies to ensure quality and cost-efficient execution to reach operations targets
- Conduct daily performance check-ins on key operational metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
- Build strategic frameworks for launching new initiatives and own their implementation end-to-end
- Lead project management efforts on high-priority topics, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
Our humble expectations
- 3+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth tech with multi-stakeholder project ownership and clear commercial impact.
- Advanced analytical judgment. You build views in BI tools and spreadsheets and use them to steer plans.
- Proven ability to determine methods for new work and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Structured, proactive and dependable, with crisp communication to senior and frontline partners.
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English.
- Strong plus: grocery or non-food retail operations or category management.
