Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.
We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Key Account Manager with a true service first and analytical mindset to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role where you’ll build strong relationships with our restaurant partners and help them thrive on Wolt.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll take care of your own restaurants and retail portfolio, acting as a trusted partner and advisor while driving performance and growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Manage the overall restaurant and retail partners relationship post-onboarding.
- Conduct strong analysis of portfolio performance and frequent quality & satisfaction checks.
- Contact partners via phone and other channels.
- Provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Report on the status of accounts.
- Promote new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners.
- Act as a key communicator between operations and your portfolio partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with partners.
- Analyze the Lithuanian market on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor competitor activities and report back.
Our humble expectations
- 2 to 3 years of success in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.
Strong analytical judgment. Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker and Power BI to turn data into decisions. - Excellent relationship building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
- High ownership and reliability. You manage your pipeline, remove blockers, and seek guidance only on new or complex work.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English is a must.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.
The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
