The Merchant Services Associate (MxSA) works in close cooperation with the Restaurant/Retail Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant and retail partners maximise their opportunities for success.
The MxSA is responsible for assisting our merchant partners, offer general day-to-day support and help merchants towards improving their commercial and operational performance.
What you’ll be doing
Include among other things:
- Answering partners’ inquiries and requests regarding their ongoing use of Wolt delivery services.
- Assisting our Support team in handling more complex partner support tickets.
- Managing our equipment enrollment, inventory and resolving tech-issues.
- Managing the administrative side of changes to partnership contracts.
- Managing ongoing improvements to partner menus on the platform.
- Support the merchant team in helping ensure the success of merchant partners with low sales and/or bad operational performance.
- Taking ownership of other projects in connection to merchant operations.
- Assisting the Merchant team with other ad-hoc tasks.

Povzetek vloge zaposlenega/-e:
Sodelavec/-ka za podporo partnerjem (MxSA) tesno sodeluje z vodjami razvoja restavracij/trgovin in sodelavci za podporo, da bi našim partnerjem pomagal/-a čim bolj povečati njihove možnosti za uspeh.
MxSA je odgovoren/-na za pomoč našim partnerjem, nudenje splošne vsakodnevne podpore in asistenco partnerjem pri izboljšanju komercialne in operativne uspešnosti.
Bistvene začetne naloge in odgovornosti:
Med drugim vključujejo:
- odgovarjanje na poizvedbe in zahteve partnerjev v zvezi z njihovo uporabo storitev dostave Wolt;
- pomoč naši ekipi za podporo pri obravnavi zahtevnejših zahtevkov za podporo partnerjem;
- upravljanje konfiguracije in inventarja opreme ter reševanje tehničnih težav;
- upravljanje administrativne strani sprememb partnerskih pogodb;
- upravljanje stalnih izboljšav partnerskih menijev na platformi;
- podpora ekipi pri zagotavljanju uspeha partnerjev z nizko prodajo in/ali slabim operativnim poslovanjem;
- prevzemanje odgovornosti za druge projekte, povezane s partnerskimi restavracijami in trgovinami;
- pomoč ekipi pri drugih priložnostnih nalogah.
Zahtevana znanja in lastnosti:
Ta oseba mora:
- biti sposobna opravljati zgoraj navedene naloge in odgovornosti;
- imeti proaktiven pristop k delu in željo prispevati k vsakodnevnim procesom;
- biti sposobna se tekoče izražati v angleškem in slovenskem jeziku (pisno in ustno);
