We’re now looking for a Team Lead for Mass Account Management to join us in Berlin. In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on unlocking the full potential of our merchant base — building scalable growth strategies, developing partnerships, and tackling operational challenges to help our merchants thrive.
What you’ll be doing
As a Team Lead Mass Account Management you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to drive order growth across selected regions in Germany by unlocking the full potential of our Mass Account Management portfolio. The focus will be on turning high-potential merchant accounts into strategically relevant, high-performing partners that consistently contribute to Wolt’s growth and customer value. At the same time, the Team Lead will develop scalable strategies to solve operational challenges and motivate partners to stay and grow with Wolt long-term
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 Mass Account Managers, supporting their performance, prioritization, and growth.
- Define and execute regional strategies to drive order growth and maximize the impact of the Mass Account Management portfolio
- Oversee a portfolio of multiple thousands of merchants, ensuring effective portfolio segmentation, scalable engagement, and long-term partner retention.
- Develop merchant accounts into more strategically relevant and higher-performing partners through data-driven initiatives and targeted support
- Identify and solve operational challenges at scale by driving automation, process improvements, and cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g., sales growth, churn reduction, AM productivity) and use insights to iterate and improve strategy
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Courier Operations, Legal, and other teams to align on shared goals and execute joint initiatives
Our humble expectations
- Proven experience in account management or partner success, with a strong track record of driving results through others
- 3+ years of experience successfully managing, leading and motivating teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Fluent in both German and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
