What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Specialist you are part of Wolt’s SMB team in a given market. This role is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial person to enter a hands-on role, being one of the first employees on the ground. In this role, you will also be working closely with your Restaurant/Retail Development Manager to ensure that restaurants and retail partners are supported throughout their on-boarding stages, as well as with our marketing and operations teams to help our partners be successful. Wolt is growing rapidly and you will be an integral part of this growth story by expanding to several cities in your market and getting more people to experience the benefits with Wolt.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Identify potential partnerships and contact partners that are a great fit for Wolt
- Build relationships with identified partners and their owners
- Design, develop and implement a sales strategy aligned to our partnerships
- Conduct negotiations with partners regarding partnership terms
- Taking care for a given region and venue portfolio in it
- Evaluate the potential performance of the venue in order to set profitable business terms
- Making sound business decisions while informing your intuition with data
- Partner with our Development Managers to ensure that venue partnerships are set up for success
- Collaborate with onboarding Team Lead on onboarding new partners
- In close collaboration with the Team Lead on creating and implementing new plans

- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in Slovenia and globally
- Be able to make sound business decisions while basing decisions on data
- Be able to fluently express himself/herself in English and Slovenian language (both in written form and orally)
- Be able to prioritize Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
