About the Internship:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to support our Sales team in Riga. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outside sales, business development and customer relationship management. You will work closely with our experienced Sales specialists, contributing to the growth of Wolt by identifying new business opportunities and getting familiar with various stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Assist in identifying potential partners, including restaurants and retailers, who could benefit from Wolt's services.
Lead Generation: Help in generating leads and managing the sales pipeline by researching and identifying prospective business partners.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective partners.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making and strategy development.
Our humble expectations:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality or a related field and being in their last year of studies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Latvian.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Proactiveness: A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable with multitasking and adjusting to new priorities as they arise.
Tech-Savvy: Able to adopt new technologies quickly, for example Google suite, Slack, analytics tools etc.
Passion for Sales: A keen interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.
Native-level Latvian language skills and excellent communication skills in English required.
