Wolt Drive is Wolt’s Delivery as a Service, which enables merchants to deliver orders generated through their own channels in a fast and reliable way. 

As Wolt Drive Manager, you will take ownership of Wolt Drive accounts and processes in Germany with everything it entails. You will be responsible for scaling our Wolt Drive business to partners and customers. You will be the key to making Wolt Drive a success in your market. The role involves tight collaboration with the product team as well as the restaurant, retail, operations, support and marketing teams to build a winning proposition. We have a great base to start from, and your focus will be to establish and scale this up in the local market. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Establishing new strategic partnerships with partners that would benefit from Wolt Drive services.
  • Driving and managing growth of the existing accounts. 
  • Leading sales enablement and training initiatives, along with lead generation activities, to equip other teams for expanding Wolt Drive’s reach
  • Being the client representatives' trusted advisor, helping them overcome any issues related to Wolt Drive.
  • Making sound business decisions by using data to support your intuition. 
  • Working closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Operations,  Support, Analytics, Marketing and others) to provide a winning proposition for the market.
  • Working closely together with our restaurant and retail sales teams to develop opportunities for expanding our existing partnerships to Wolt Drive.
  • Closely collaborate with the right integrators to win the market.
  • Fluent in German and Excellent English Skills 
  • 4+  yrs experience within consultative sales, business development and/or account management. SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, or last-mile logistic-related sales experience is a big advantage.
  • You have demonstrated expertise in negotiating and closing agreements with various company sizes (from C-level executives to small business owners) and building robust partnerships.
  • You have a proven track record of internal and external stakeholder management to make complex deals and projects come to life.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
