As part of our expansion, we recently launched in Kosovo—and we couldn’t be more excited!

To continue our growth, we need to build a team of motivated sales superheroes who will secure strong relationships with restaurants and retailers that our customers in Kosovo want to order from. That’s where you come in.

As a Sales Manager, your role is to be a true ‘hunter.’ You’ll be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of partners to approach and sign up with Wolt. This requires a deep understanding of which merchants across various verticals to prioritize, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills to guide them through the sales funnel.

As we continue expanding and onboarding more partners, the targets and responsibilities of this role may evolve. That means you must thrive in a fast-paced ‘start-up’ environment where change brings new opportunities to dive into!

Day to day

  • Identifying potential partnerships and contacting potential partners that are a great fit for Wolt.
  • A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach - someone that can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters.
  • As our business grows we are rolling out new features that could be beneficial to our potential clients- you will be the one to decide how our clients can benefit from them in order to fulfill the potential from our platforms.  
  • Able to analyze data to understand venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations regarding partnership terms.
  • Creating a strong communications loop alongside the Restaurant and Retail Development Manager. 
  • Team Player - growing is something that we do together as a team - we value teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve our goals
  • Your background might consist of Sales Representative, Account Development Associate, Events/Sales Coordinator or Personnel within the hospitality industry
  • You're a natural people person, who loves networking and building long lasting relationships
  • You're tech savvy with a key eye for detail, you know how to input data and utilise data to make sound decisions
  • You know the local restaurants scene, and are quickly able to identify and target the most popular restaurants in your city
  • You have excellent time management skills- you will be working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with many competing priorities.
  • You thrive being in an environment where you have high ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious
  • You’re a team player, with a positive attitude and love to be involved
  • You hold a driving licence
  • Fluent in English and Albanian
