Since launching in Denmark in 2017, we’ve expanded to over 200 cities and partnered with 4,000+ restaurants – and we’re just getting started. Our Account Management team plays a key role in that journey, working closely with our partners to ensure their success on our platform.

What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager at Wolt, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of around 150 restaurant partners. Your main goal will be to help them grow their business on our platform by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and making sure they get the most out of Wolt’s tools and services.
You’ll work closely with your partners to improve their performance, introduce relevant products like Wolt Ads or Wolt+, and support them in their day-to-day operations. This is a role that combines commercial thinking, data-driven decisions, and direct collaboration with partners.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Spend 5–10 days per month visiting restaurant partners to strengthen relationships and better understand their business
- Manage commercial renegotiations and drive adoption of relevant Wolt products such as Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and guide partners through improvements that drive performance
- Support partners with day-to-day operational topics and process improvements
- Monitor performance using Looker and prioritise where to focus your time and effort for the greatest impact
- Gather feedback from your partners and share insights with internal teams to help improve our tools, services, and ways of working

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a genuine interest in helping partners succeed. This role is a great fit for someone who’s proactive, analytical, and thrives on building long-term relationships that deliver results.
- Relationship-building skills – You’re a strong communicator who can easily build trust and adapt your tone to suit everyone from chefs to business owners
- Commercial mindset – You understand business drivers and can spot opportunities to grow partner revenue and improve performance
- Analytical skills – You’re confident working with performance data and dashboards (e.g. Looker, Power BI) to inform decisions and tell a compelling story
- Initiative and ownership – You take charge of your own portfolio and proactively push projects forward beyond the obvious, without waiting for instructions
- Experience – A background in sales or account management is a big plus
- Technical comfort – You’ve used CRM systems and business tools before, and you pick up new platforms quickly
- Languages – You’re fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
