How we do things
Application & Review
A human sees your application! That’s right, we’re humans too – so make it real, make it honest and let your personality shine through. Humble bragging is welcome :) If we like what we see, we'll invite you to the next step.
Depending on the role, you might be involved in group interviews, 1-1 chats or video interviews. This interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people.
To get you familiar with the role, we also include a role-specific assignment and depending on the task, we might ask you to present it back to us. The purpose of this step is to give you a taste of your potential role and for us to see a little deeper how you'd approach this opportunity.
Decision & feedback
At this point, we'll know each other pretty well. We'll share the feedback and let you know the outcome of our decision. If we’re a good match for each other, we’ll make an offer for you to join us on this exciting journey.
Doing some extra prep work can make all the difference – no matter if it’s your first interview or the final one.
