It has been agreed between the Parties that the following shall apply in the beginning of the employment but may be changed in the course of the employment relationship. The Company may assign also other duties and tasks for the Employee and the Employee undertakes to perform all duties to his/her best abilities, diligently and proactively.
Summary of the Employee's Role:
The Merchant Services Specialist (MxSS) works in close cooperation with the Restaurant/Retail Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant and retail partners maximise their opportunities for success.
The MxSS is responsible for assisting our merchant partners, offer general day-to-day support and proactively support merchants in improving their commercial and operational performance.
Essential Initial Duties and Responsibilities Include among other things:
Answering partners’ inquiries and requests regarding their ongoing use of Wolt delivery services.
Assisting our Support team in handling more complex partner support tickets.
Managing our equipment enrolment, inventory and resolving tech-issues.
Managing the administrative side of changes to partnership contracts.
Managing ongoing improvements to partner menus on the platform, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
Proactively contacting merchants with low sales to ensure their success and prevent churn.
Proactively contacting merchants with low quality- and/or operational performance in order to reach improvements.
Supporting merchant retention and managing the offboarding process.
Taking ownership of other projects in connection to merchant operations.
Assisting the Merchant team with other ad-hoc tasks.
This individual must:
Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above.
Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities.
Be able to fluently express himself/herself in English and Slovenian language (both in written form and orally).
Be able to prioritize Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business.
