A Wolt finn startupként indult és elsősorban a szállítási platformunkról vagyunk ismertek. Mobilalkalmazásunkon vagy weboldalunkon keresztül vásárlóink kedvenc éttermeikből, élelmiszer és egyéb kiskereskedelmi boltjaikból tudnak rendelni, melyet futárszolgálatunk kézbesít a számukra, vagy személyesen is át tudnak venni.
A DoorDash-sel, az Egyesült Államok vezető ételkiszállító cégével egyesülve, jelenleg 28 országban és több ezer városban tevékenykedünk, több mint 20 millió ügyfelet szolgálunk ki. Alkalmazásaink (iOS és Android) az iparág legmagasabb értékeléseit kapják, elsősorban az ügyfélközpontú megközelítésünk miatt. Magyarországon már több ezer partnerrel dolgozunk együtt és több mint 60 városban vagyunk jelen.
Főbb feladatok, munkák:
- Az újonnan csatlakozott éttermek és kiskereskedelmi profiljainak létrehozása a Wolt platformján, hogy azok mihamarabb elérhetővé váljanak a vendégek számára
- Folyamatos kapcsolattartás a meglévő Partnerekkel, mind írásban, mind telefonon
- A partnereink segítése a legkülönbözőbb ügyekben, legyen szó a megfelelő kínálat kiválasztásáról vagy arról, hogy hogyan tudják integrálni a rendszereiket
- Wolt trainingek a Partnereknek, főleg online
- Különböző projectekben való aktív részvétel, például a portfólió bővítése kapcsán
- Remek kommunikációs képesség - fontos, hogy mindenkivel megtaláld a hangot
- Adminisztratív tapasztalat, adott esetben kiegészítve ügyfélszolgálati ismeretekkel
- Vendéglátás, éttermek, gasztronómia iránti érdeklődés - több száz éttermet és kiskereskedelmi partnert lesz lehetőséged megismerni
- Legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudás
Az állás betöltéséhez előnyt jelent:
Vendéglátásban, kiskereskedelemben vagy ügyfélszolgálaton szerzett tapasztalat.
