Som Sales Manager får du en central rolle i at vækste Wolt i Danmark – ved at onboarde nye restaurant- og retailpartnere til vores platform. Du ejer hele salgsprocessen fra første kontakt til underskrevet aftale og bliver en vigtig del af vores fortsatte ekspansion.

Du kontakter potentielle partnere via telefon og mail for at booke møder – og besøger dem derefter personligt for at præsentere Wolt og skabe stærke relationer.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Eje og drive din egen portefølje af potentielle samarbejdspartnere, som du systematisk kontakter og følger op på
  • Booke og afholde møder med restauranter og retailpartnere (fx kiosker, bagerier, convenience og blomsterbutikker)
  • Arbejde ud fra København og på tværs af hele Sjælland for at udbygge Wolts tilstedeværelse i alle vores byer
  • Planlægge dit arbejde effektivt – og være villig til at tage 1–2 overnatninger om måneden, når det giver mening for at dække dit område bedst muligt
  • Forhandle kommercielle vilkår og sikre en grundig overlevering til vores Partner Onboarding Team
  • Samarbejde med resten af salgsteamet om at forbedre salgsmetoder og dele best practices
  • Træffe solide forretningsbeslutninger baseret på både data og din kommercielle intuition

Hvem er du?

  • Du er en ægte hunter med dokumenteret erfaring inden for B2B-salg
  • Du trives i et performanceorienteret miljø, hvor du sætter ambitiøse mål og fejrer succeser sammen med teamet
  • Du har en can-do attitude og trives i et tempofyldt miljø
  • Du er en stærk kommunikator og har solid kommerciel forståelse
  • Du taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk (bemærk; dine første interviews vil være på engelsk)
  • Erfaring med CRM-systemer (fx Salesforce eller Pipedrive) er en fordel
  • Kendskab til hotel-, restaurant- eller detailbranchen er et plus

Du bliver en del af et dynamisk og erfarent salgsteam bestående af 9 Sales Managers, hvoraf 6 er baseret i København og 3 i Aalborg, som alle arbejder tæt sammen på tværs af Danmark. Teamet består af engagerede Sales Managers, der alle brænder for at skabe vækst for vores partnere – og for at gøre Wolt til det foretrukne valg for både restauranter og retailbutikker.
