We’re looking for a senior Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the next phase of Wolt’s consumer growth.
In this role, you’ll own global growth and marketing strategy end-to-end — from defining the right opportunities, to shaping investment frameworks, to ensuring measurable business impact.
You’ll operate as a strategic advisor and execution leader, partnering with Global Marketing, Finance, and Regional Leadership to optimize how we acquire, retain, and engage users worldwide.
This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how Wolt invests for long-term growth efficiency and market leadership.
You will:
- Lead global strategy execution across growth and marketing, driving outcomes in acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI.
- Translate company goals into actionable priorities and measurable results across regions.
- Design and scale investment frameworks that guide marketing resource allocation and efficiency.
- Run business reviews and performance rhythms to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance to drive data-led decisions.
- Lead acceleration initiatives that improve performance through experimentation and best-practice sharing.
- Deliver executive-ready insights that inform strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
You have:
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or finance, ideally in consumer tech, marketplaces, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to own and deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and comfort with SQL or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across global teams.
- Excellent communication skills — able to synthesize complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
- A bias toward structured execution, impact, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
- Fluency in English.
