What you’ll be doing
The Operation Associate - Fleet Management will support the management of a portfolio of smaller fleet partners while developing the skills required for full account management. Working under the guidance of the Lead and Specialist, this role combines day-to-day operational support with a strong focus on learning and development.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Support the relationship with a defined portfolio of fleet partners, under the guidance of the Specialist and Lead.
- Monitor partner KPIs and escalate issues when required.
- Assist fleet partners in operational and administrative matters, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide system-level support, including handling partner queries and ensuring accurate data management.
- Support courier replacement hiring processes in coordination with partners, helping to secure adequate supply.
- Prepare reports and performance analyses for both internal stakeholders and partner reviews.
- Coordinate with the Compliance Office to track and follow up on corrective actions when compliance issues arise.
- Manage and resolve special and urgent cases/incidents, ensuring quick response and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to process improvements while progressively building expertise in negotiation and account management.
- Cover SiMo (Simultaneous & Monitoring) shifts, organized 7 days a week, ensuring real-time monitoring of partner performance to proactively address operational disruptions and maintain supply continuity.
Our humble expectations
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or account management.
- Interest in developing strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical abilities with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of taking responsibility for partner relationships.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. German and Arabic are considered a strong plus.
