About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

About the team

The Global Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) Organization is evolving into a central, strategic partner, dedicated to enhancing global recruiting efficiency and scalability. We achieve this by optimizing processes, implementing cutting-edge technology, and leveraging data to ensure our talent acquisition efforts are tightly aligned with the evolving business needs of the organization. Our core mission is to empower recruiters with streamlined operations and data-driven insights, enabling us to attract and retain top talent globally. This role sits within the TA Ops Organization, a central support function to the broader Talent Acquisition team.

About the role

As the Sr. Manager, Process Improvement and Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global talent acquisition processes. You will lead a team of Program Managers who are responsible for driving critical global programs and process improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition landscape. This includes strategic areas such as Internal Mobility, the Referral Program, developing Leveling Guidelines for talent and hiring, End-to-End hiring process breakdown and optimization, Kaizen work, and refining our Communications and Rhythm of Business.

In your first 90 days, you will focus on gaining a deep understanding of our current operational landscape, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the TA organization, and identifying immediate opportunities for impact. Success in this role will be measured by quantifiable improvements in process efficiency, successful delivery of strategic programs, and an uplift in overall recruiter productivity and experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead significant transformation and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic Talent Acquisition environment. You will report to a Senior Leader within the TA Operations organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers who own and drive global programs and process improvement initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to identify, analyze, and optimize complex end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
  • Oversee strategic programs such as Internal Mobility, the Global Referral Program, and the development of Talent Leveling Guidelines for hiring consistency.
  • Drive the breakdown and optimization of the end-to-end hiring process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a robust rhythm of business (ROB) for the TA organization, ensuring consistent communication, reporting, and strategic alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for process changes, program updates, and performance insights to the broader TA team and leadership.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Talent Solutions, People Analytics, HRIS, Finance) to integrate systems, leverage technology, and ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Analyze complex recruiting data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making for process enhancements and program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the TA organization.

We're excited about you because...

  • You have a minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in process improvement, program management, and/or operations leadership, with a significant portion ideally within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources operations.
  • You possess proven experience leading and developing a team of program or project managers.
  • You have a strong track record of successfully driving large-scale, global process improvement initiatives and implementing strategic programs.
  • You demonstrate deep expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile), with a practical understanding of how to apply them in an operational context.
  • You possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • You are highly proficient with ATS, CRM, and other recruiting technologies, understanding how technology can enable process efficiency.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong, collaborative relationships.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both developing high-level strategies and diving into operational details.
