Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the beginning. Today, Wolt is expanding into exciting new verticals — including supermarkets, flower shops, toy stores, and more — all part of what we call Retail. We’re now looking for a Retail Specialist to support our growing number of retail partners and help them succeed on our platform.
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Development Specialist, you’ll be part of the Enterprise team in the Retail section, responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key Retail chain partners, in the Supermarket, Pharma and Convenience industry. As the primary point of contact for the retail chain, you are responsible for managing all interfaces between the partner and Wolt — including collaboration with operations, marketing, and other internal teams, and make sure the customer experience is top-notch.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our Retail Enterprise partners, in the Supermarket, Pharma and Convenience industry.
- Build and design retail “menus” in the Wolt platform
- Help partners enhance their presence and performance on Wolt
- Train new partners on how to use our platform, both remotely and on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Manage updates such as pricing changes and new product additions
- Monitor key KPIs and handle support tickets
- Collaborate on retail-focused marketing campaigns
Our humble expectations
- 2 years of experience in account management or customer success
- Background in the retail industry is a strong advantage
- Strong technical and logical thinking skills, with an eye for detail and design
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive
- Self-motivated with a passion for growing a new vertical
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
