About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that spans multiple countries? Are you able to approach situations from a third-party perspective and make fair, thoughtful decisions? If you’re passionate about improving processes and shaping the way we work with our courier partners across Northern Europe, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
As an Operations Associate on the Courier Contracts & Compliance Team, you’ll support thousands of Courier Partners by responding to their questions, concerns, and feedback, while ensuring their profile and information are compliant and up to date. You’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for our partners, merchants, and customers across countries by thinking proactively and acting with fairness and care.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Help Courier Partners with a wide range of questions that are related to entrepreneurship and cooperation with Wolt
- Support the Operations team with development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Create, review, and refine courier service agreements that are tailored to the needs of both our business and our partners.
- Handle escalations and manage incidents involving our partners with speed and efficiency. You’ll analyze the root causes of issues and ensure that solutions are both immediate and sustainable.
Our humble expectations
- You enjoy collaborating with others to improve and implement ideas, and you're not afraid to take initiative.
- You’re proactive, think on your feet, and feel confident solving problems independently based on guidelines and in a structured manner
- You are organised in your work, with a strong eye for detail.
- You’re able to analyze and understand complex texts, whether they are service agreements, policies, or other nuanced documents, and you know when to seek clarification and input from Legal or other internal stakeholders.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You’re tech-savvy, a quick learner, and comfortable navigating digital tools.
- You easily identify patterns and are comfortable analyzing data, to understand underlying causes and trends, and can come up with solutions to prevent issues
- Bonus: You can speak one of the local languages spoken in our Northern region markets.
What we offer
At Wolt, you’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that’s working to improve how we collaborate with our Courier Partners. This Associate role is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and make a real difference. Your personality and drive matter just as much to us as previous experience. Many things can be taught, but your curiosity, ownership, and willingness to grow are what will help you thrive.
You’ll be joining a caring, humble team in a company that values initiative, transparency, and continuous improvement. Plus, you'll enjoy great local benefits, flexibility in how you work, and the chance to collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries.
