About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
On the Global Merchant team, our mission is to provide best-in-class merchant selection—spanning restaurants and other verticals—to deliver exceptional value to consumers while empowering merchants to grow their businesses profitably on Wolt. We achieve this by building world class operations, launching innovative products and collaborating closely with commercial teams across our 30+ countries.
Our five global subteams focus on distinct areas of the merchant lifecycle and experience but also our internal efficiency related to reaching our mission:
- The Merchant S&O (Strategy & Operations) team is responsible for our merchant and selection strategy, merchant experience, planning and performance tracking, operating model design as well as commercial go-to-market approaches
- The Revenue S&O team owns and develops the revenue strategy, goaling, sales operations processes, tools and enablement programs to support and improve the productivity of our countries’ sales & account management teams.
- The Merchant Operations subteam focuses on smooth execution of core processes such as onboarding, in-store flows, self-service tooling and integrations - this in a very tight collaboration with our product teams
- The Enterprise team works directly with global current and prospective merchant partners to unlock and grow our joint business
- The B2B subteam owns and develops some of our newer service offerings for merchants - such as logistics as a service (Drive)
What you’ll be doing
This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Ops, and Commercial teams, to build scalable and stable system solutions that support both existing and emerging business lines, including Enterprise Sales and new verticals. In a landscape where strategic ownership is currently limited, you will take the lead in driving adoption through onboarding, training, and documentation—ensuring that tools and systems are utilized effectively and consistently.
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand evolving sales and operational requirements, and convert them into system designs that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned across tools and workflows.
- Manage tool integrations and data flow: Own and optimize the integration of CRM and SI platforms with key tools such as Snowflake, Looker, and external services, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing lead leakage and operational friction.
- Drive system enablement and process alignment: Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Commercial stakeholders to implement consistent, efficient processes across markets and business lines, including Enterprise Sales and new verticals.
- Support adoption through training and documentation: Create training materials, run onboarding sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure teams are equipped to adopt tools effectively and follow standardized workflows.
- Document systems and ensure smooth transitions: Maintain clear, up-to-date system documentation and transition plans to enable seamless handover to support and operations teams, ensuring long-term system stability and knowledge continuity.
Our humble expectations*
- Strong program and systems thinking, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and translate business needs into scalable solutions;
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and understanding of data integrations across tools such as Snowflake and Looker;
- Structured and analytical problem-solver, capable of balancing immediate execution with long-term system design;
- Skilled in stakeholder management, able to align Product, Ops, and Commercial teams in complex and evolving environments;
- Committed to clear documentation, onboarding, and training to drive tool adoption and process continuity;
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action in fast-paced, dynamic contexts.
