As Wolt Sweden continues to scale, we’re looking for a Merchant Services Associate to join our local team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our merchant partners—from small cafes to major retail chains—get the guidance, support, and insights needed to succeed on the Wolt platform.
You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for our partners, helping them onboard, operate smoothly, and continually improve their performance. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and making a tangible impact, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting and empowering our Merchant partners by providing ongoing training and re-education on how to effectively use Wolt’s systems and tools..
- Maintaining regular communication with partners to ensure they’re up to date with new features, campaigns, and best practices.
- Monitoring partner performance and conducting quality and satisfaction checks to ensure the highest service standards.
- Helping partners optimize their operations through data insights and user trends.
- Managing menu content and visuals on our platform to reflect the Wolt brand accurately and attractively.
- Collaborating closely with cross functional teams to share learnings and support urgent or complex partner needs.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve partner experience and internal processes.
Our humble expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy working with people and helping others succeed.
- Experience in customer support, account management, operations, or a related administrative role.
- Detail-oriented and structured, with a hands-on and service-minded approach.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for great food and local businesses.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
