Our Sales Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that both restaurant and retail partners have everything they need to succeed on Wolt. From onboarding new partners to updating menus and product lists, based on the Wolt brand and standards, our team makes sure everything runs smoothly for our partners and customers.
As a member of the Sales Support team, you will play a key role in both onboarding new partners and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. This includes establishing effective communication channels, maintaining service standards, assisting partner growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve urgent needs and share best practices.
What you’ll be doing
- Venue Onboarding – Successfully onboarding new partner venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring optimal access at necessary times;
- Training & Support – Training our partner venues on how to use Wolt’s tools and equipment to operate effectively and independently;
- Quality & Satisfaction Checks – Ensuring our portfolio of stores reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting regular quality and satisfaction assessments;
- Sales & Operational Support – Assisting the Account Management and Merchant teams with partner-related administrative tasks, coordination, and performance-boosting initiatives;
- Merchant Requests & Issue Resolution – Responding to partner inquiries and resolving onboarding, contract, and operational issues in collaboration with our Support team;
- Menu & Assortment Management – Leading updates and improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform;
- Equipment & Tech Management – Overseeing equipment enrollment, inventory tracking, and resolving technical issues related to merchant operations;
- Process Improvement – Identifying bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and taking ownership of projects aimed at enhancing partner satisfaction and operational efficiency;
- Collaboration – Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for both new and existing partners, while staying agile as the company continues to grow.
Our humble expectations
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – You enjoy structure and keeping things running smoothly
- Customer-Focused – Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is a plus
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with digital tools and managing data
- Great Communicator – You’ll be in regular contact with merchants and internal teams
- Fluent in Greek & English – Both languages are essential
- Valid Driver's License – Ability to travel for onsite partner visits and training sessions
- Bonus Points – Experience in the restaurant, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus!
