Our Merchant Services team (Restaurant/Retail) is the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure that we set all our (restaurant and retail) partners up for success by providing top tier services and supporting them around the clock. As Wolt grows in both size and scope of our offering, the strength of our Merchant Services Engine is growing with it.
We’re looking for a Merchant Onboarding Associate to support the onboarding and training of new restaurant and retail partners and ensure the best possible partnership. As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you will be a key communicator between our operations team and merchants to ensure their success. This is an entry-level role, so your attitude and enthusiasm will count for more than your experience!
What you’ll be doing
- Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring a smooth, optimal process at all times.
- Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners (via email, phone, and, when necessary, in person) by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.
- Proactively helping our merchant partners improve their performance during their first weeks on the platform.
- Developing our merchant partners and their business by using our collected user data.
- Ensuring our menu platform is always up-to-date with text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
- Assisting the team with urgent cases when needed.
Our humble expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a variety of people.
- Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.
- Experience in customer service and/or administration.
- Native-level proficiency in Serbian and fluency in English.
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality is an advantage but not a must.
