We are looking for a Product Lead to join our Marketing Technology, Engagement team.
Your mission is to empower the product and the marketing teams to connect with the right users at the right time, with the right message, and on the right channels by advancing and expanding our CRM tools and capabilities.
What you'll be doing
As a Product Lead for MarTech Engagement, you will define and drive the vision and roadmap for our CRM platform and its underlying technology stack. This is a highly impactful role where you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of incredibly talented colleagues across engineering, product, data and marketing. You will lead multiple strategic projects, partnering with business and operations stakeholders to elevate our CRM capabilities in terms of automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, orchestration, and performance measurement to enable targeted, context-aware, and consistent CRM across our key channels (in-app, push, email). While your daily work will revolve around these efforts, your home base will be a team of product managers in a product organization.
Our humble expectations
You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but ideally, you have
- Proven experience as a Product Lead / Product Manager with experience from the B2B and/or Adtech and Martech space - marketing technology, including CRM, user acquisition, marketing automation, and measurement setups.
- Previous experience from data science/machine learning projects would give you a lot of extra points, but it is not mandatory for you to be successful in this role.
- A mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding, design sensitivity, and business savviness with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO".
- An interest in partnering with the marketing team on marketing efforts. You should have demonstrable experience managing internal stakeholders.
- Desire to be in a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You need to be comfortable working in an area with direct, quantifiable impacts on the bottom line.
