About the Wolt and the role
Wolt launched in Denmark in 2017 and has since grown our footprint to more than 60 cities across the country, with more cities to come. As we continue to grow and aspire to build the largest selection of restaurants and retail stores, we are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team. After thorough onboarding and sales training, you will own your own portfolio of leads and manage the sales cycle end-to-end, from first contact through to contract negotiation and signature collection—all over the phone, from the comfort of our centrally located office. You will ensure a smooth handover to our onboarding team to set your partners up for success from day one. The role requires strong commercial thinking, as well as rapport-building and negotiation skills, and you will be expected to collaborate closely with the sales team to refine processes and share learnings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage your own portfolio of restaurant and retail store leads that you systematically contact
- Book and execute meetings on the phone to acquire new restaurants and retail stores to Wolt’s platform
- Negotiate terms and conditions, create contracts and collect signatures
- Ensure seamless handover to merchant onboarding team
- Collaborate with the sales team on improving sales methodologies and processes

- You are a strong communicator and have fundamental commercial understanding
- You are fluent in Danish and English in speaking and writing
- Preferably, you have some outbound and B2B sales experience
- Preferably, you have experience with or in the hospitality industry
