Wolt is a Finnish technology company and one of the fastest growing food delivery companies in the world. Just 4 years ago, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today and we’re in 23 countries and over 100 cities across EMEA, servicing over 8M registered users. At the same time, we’ve expanded to retail sales, dark stores (Wolt Market), B2B (Wolt at Work) and delivery as a service (Wolt Drive).
We are now looking for a Technical Account Manager for Wolt Drive :Wolt Drive is your trusted partner for fast and reliable last-mile deliveries. Your customers place an order on your app or online store, and in less than one hour it’s in their hands.
This person will support our partners through various technical integration implementations, from presales to monitoring everything in production. The role will be adjusted to the specific skill set of the person we hire, but it will focus on supporting our partners in implementing the integration to our API as well as steering the way they implement it to ensure that the Wolt Drive experience is as smooth as possible.
As a technical account manager you will have three core areas of responsibility
- Supporting our local teams in different countries during presales by answering technical questions and suggesting solutions to how partners should implement integrations
- Steering the way our partners use our APIs by giving guidance and tips. This includes, for example, steering the checkout process to make the Wolt Drive experience more fluid
- Offering support and helping to debug errors both during implementation and in production. You will be supported by the development team, but you will be the first line of support when issues arise during the implementation.
Our humble expectations
- Ability to understand API-based integrations between different companies. Experience from eCommerce platforms and internal tools such as ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience from system administration is useful: being able to use and do HTTP-based requests and search logs is critical.
- Experience in presales and technical project management.
- Communication skills: the ability to support during the presales phase is critical. It requires good communication skills as you will be supporting different countries with different cultures.

The compensation is a combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter makes it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
