Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We have recently also started working with a wider variety of partners, such as grocery chains, retailers and online pharmacies. Wolt Drive is a delivery-as-a-service segment, which experiences substantial growth in the Central European region, and serves as a perfect complement to our restaurant food operations - this would be a super exciting project to be a part of!
What you’ll be doing
As a Wolt Drive Account Executive, you will act as a key communicator between our local team and sales partners in order to ensure the optimal success of Wolt and Wolt Drive.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Assisting with sales growth on the Czech market with existing partners, and creating an environment where merchants and customers enjoy their experience with Wolt Drive
- Assisting with onboarding of new partners to Wolt ecosystem
- Supporting current partners with any issues, reports, etc.
- Collaboration with Wolt Operations and Support teams to ensure top class customer experience for Wolt Drive partners
- Actively reaching out to potential new partners to help grow Wolt Drive’s partner base
- Helping with implementation of new features
- Working with middleware partners (MWPs), including setup and monitoring
- Monitoring small- and medium-sized business venues, identifying and addressing dead or problematic venues and reaching out to them
- As Wolt Drive grows rapidly, it’s likely you’ll progress to a pure Account Manager role
Our humble expectations
- Prior experience in an e-commerce or customer service-focused role is a plus
- Confidence in video calls and offline meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you will be interacting with a wide range of people
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented mentality
- Experience in working in Google environment is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Czech and English
