What you'll be doing
- Responding to partner inquiries and requests related to their ongoing use of Wolt’s delivery services.
- Assisting the Support team with more complex partner support tickets to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Overseeing equipment enrollment, managing inventory, and resolving basic technical issues.
- Handling the administrative aspects of partnership contract changes.
- Managing and implementing updates to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform.
- Supporting the Merchant team in improving the performance of partners with low sales or operational challenges.
- Taking ownership of various projects related to merchant operations.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Merchant team as needed.
