As a Retail Development Manager, you'll be pivotal in managing and expanding our portfolio of key retail partners. Your primary focus will be to ensure these partners thrive on our platform by identifying growth opportunities, providing necessary tools and support, and enhancing overall performance through data-driven strategies.
What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Performance Management: Drive and manage month-over-month sales growth of existing venues by measuring critical KPIs, conducting thorough analyses, and performing regular quality and satisfaction checks.
- Partner Quality Support: Work closely with retail partners to uphold Wolt’s order quality standards by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Assortment Optimization: Advise partners on product listings, suggesting additions or removals to improve customer conversion rates.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with partners to enhance overall conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from partners and translate it into actionable insights for product, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the key communicator between our operations, support, marketing, and retail partners.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute joint campaigns with retail partners.

- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate extensive, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach to suit diverse audiences.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making; familiarity with analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Structured, detail-oriented, and service-focused approach to tasks.
- Proactivity: High ownership mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Slovenian and English.
