What you’ll be doing
As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you’ll play a key role in setting our restaurant and retail partners up for success by creating high-quality menus and assortments. Your responsibility will be to ensure that every partner’s offering meets Wolt’s standards, providing them with the best possible launch experience on our platform.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Create menus & assortments for our restaurant & retail partners
- By in dialogue with partners to ensure alignment on their offering on Wolt
- Work across internal and external systems (for instance using AI tools to help your work)
- Assist team on anything onboarding related (gear-kitting, photo uploads etc.)
- Share best practices among the team and challenge status quo
Our humble expectations
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Tech-savvy’ness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools will help you greatly in the role
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills both writing and on the phone
- An eye for detail
- Structured & service-oriented
- Self-starter with a ''can-do'' attitude and a drive to continuously improve on your own processes while raising the bar
