About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the team

About the role
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will report directly to the VP, International Total Rewards and take a leadership role in the development, implementation, and management of Wolt’s compensation strategy. You will be responsible for scaling compensation programs across a large business area and developing initiatives to address the unique needs of the teams within that area. This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence key business leaders as we continue to grow and scale.
You’re excited about this role because you’ll:
- Take ownership of the Markets organization’s compensation roadmap, balancing long-term strategy and short-term priorities while adapting to a rapidly evolving business.
- Lead the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance employee engagement and enablement. You’ll bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to deliver a best-in-class compensation experience for employees and leadership.
- Present compensation insights to senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, influencing key decisions that align compensation with company goals.
- Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and recruiters on high-level compensation matters, including offers, promotions, and internal transfers, ensuring alignment with company strategy and philosophy.
- Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with Wolt’s total rewards philosophy.
- Provide strategic support during the annual and mid-year review cycles, offering insights and analysis that inform key business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with applicable employment-related requirements, ensuring that Wolt remains compliant with pay regulations across regions.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to provide strategic compensation analysis and other high-level deliverables.
We’re excited about you because:
- You have the ability to translate vision into executable strategy and are skilled at delivering plans with an operational mindset. You bring a proven track record in designing, driving, managing, and scaling compensation programs through policies, processes, and systems.
- You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and have a history of building strong relationships that serve as the foundation for your leadership.
- You demonstrate strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of equity/stock compensation and its role in attracting and retaining top talent.
- You are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and modern HR solutions, with preference given to experience with Workday.
- Your leadership and project management skills allow you to drive initiatives and execute projects effectively in a dynamic, evolving landscape.
- You can apply change management strategies and thrive in a fast-paced business environment, always staying focused on your goals and aligned with the overall Total Rewards strategy.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field, and have 8+ years of experience in compensation, program development, and strategic management.
