About the team
The Enterprise Strategy & Operations Team is focused on building, implementing, scaling and optimizing the way we partner with largest restaurant and retail partners across 30+ countries to drive operational excellence and business growth.
This role will collaborate closely with the below teams:
- Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships - Optimize the organizational design to increase efficiency of our global partnership teams to expand product adoption and mutual growth for our largest partners and Wolt.
- Retail Leadership, Enterprise Sales & Account Management - Develop sales processes, tools, and enablement programs to improve productivity.
- Analytics - Build tools & capabilities to enable real-time visibility for Wolt leadership and our merchant partners.
- Merchant Strategy & Operations – Drive merchant strategy, experience, performance tracking, and commercial go-to-market approaches.

- You are comfortable solving ambiguous problems and working with large data sets within Excel / Google sheets; basic SQL skills are preferred
- You communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal comms
- Proficient in english (verbally & written)
- You have 8+ years of experience in strategy, technology, consulting, business development or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead - Manage and develop a team focused on driving growth for enterprise restaurant & retail merchant partners
- Strategize - Build, test, and establish our overall go-to-market strategy for our Enterprise organization while leveraging data & analytics to support your recommendations
- Influence - Guide cross-functional teams, such as: sales, business operations, and product to solve the right challenging business problems at scale
- Collaborate - Own relationships with leadership and manage cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders
- Scale - Drive tactical day to day operations and identify and implement efficiency improvements to optimize business impact for our next phase of growth
