Role background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. As part of our expansion, we are soon launching in Bulgaria! To get there, we must first assemble a team of motivated superheroes. We are now looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Bulgaria.
In the Operations Team, our mission is to create the world’s best courier experience by optimizing onboarding processes, tailoring content, and ensuring timely, engaging education for our courier partners. We focus on our courier partners: We ensure the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand by constantly developing courier partner satisfaction and smooth, scalable processes.
As an Operations Associate, you will be a part of ensuring that our courier partners get the right help and support throughout their Wolt journey. Working in a fast and dynamic environment, it is important to be a team player and also to have the ability to figure out what to do rather than wait to be told. Managing our great courier partners requires a can-do attitude, as there are some routine tasks that require our attention.
What you’ll be doing 🚀
- You will be a master in supporting couriers in everyday queries they send to our team inbox, ensuring timely delivery of helpful information. Your focus will be primary on written (chat & e-mail) communication and secondary on anticipating and preventing issues before they arise.
- You will help with creating resources, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and tips, to empower couriers to resolve common issues independently.
- Participating in the onboarding process by reviewing the documentation of Courier Partners during their application and assisting them through the process.
- Be part of optimizing our processes, procedures and communication channels.
- Assisting in everyday and ad-hoc tasks.

- Experience in a customer or people-oriented role, preferably online communication.
- Excellent communicator and experience with creating texts, blogs or similar to many recipients.
- Able to conceptualize, improve and implement ideas and improvements in close collaboration with a team.
- Emphatic and a natural motivator, as you will have daily contact with our Courier Partners.
- Ability to think on your feet, naturally proactive and comfortable with autonomous problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible and reliable, with a structured approach to your work.
