Role background
Our Talent Acquisition team is now a global team of 130+, based across multiple European countries, Tokyo and Tel Aviv. As part of our phenomenal growth, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales to join our business talent acquisition team, responsible for finding exceptional talent for our sales organisation.
This is a critical role in our organisation. Sales is the engine room of the business and finding the right senior commercial industry leaders to help us to drive the business forward is key to us delivering the best business for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end senior commercial recruitment globally, driving best-in-class hiring for a fast-growing organisation.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve structured assessment processes for senior hiring, ensuring consistency and high standards across different regions.
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy for senior sales professionals, ensuring the right approach to attract top talent across diverse markets.
- Leverage data and insights to drive a more strategic and proactive approach to hiring, ensuring processes are started with market intelligence and informed decision-making.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including VPs and Senior Execs, to manage high-touch hiring processes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Own and deliver all reporting and hiring data insights up to Exec level, ensuring clear visibility on progress, bottlenecks, and key hiring metrics.
- Build and enhance the company’s employer brand in new and existing markets to improve talent attraction.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base for senior hiring to standardize best practices and improve hiring effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal sourcing teams to enhance capability, provide guidance, and drive proactive senior talent acquisition efforts.
- Network across the business to feed pipelines with high-potential talent, ensuring effective talent redistribution for junior and mid-level commercial roles.
- Navigate complex hiring targets with urgency and accountability, recognizing the direct impact of hiring success on the company’s sales performance.
- Bring a high level of gravitas, credibility, and influencing skills to engage and align senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless hiring execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior-level commercial recruitment across multiple markets, ideally within a global, high-growth, or scale-up environment.
- Experience building and executing global talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on proactive sourcing and long-term pipeline development.
- Exceptional ability to document and communicate recruitment strategies, processes, and insights, ensuring clarity, alignment, and the development of a scalable knowledge base for senior hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with VPs, Senior Executives, and hiring managers.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, using insights, market intelligence, and hiring metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to structure and refine assessment processes to ensure consistency and quality in senior hiring decisions.
- Experience in employer branding and talent attraction to enhance visibility in underdeveloped markets.
- Proficiency in managing complex hiring targets, demonstrating urgency, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
- Experience working with recruitment technology and reporting tools, with strong analytical capabilities to track and present hiring data to leadership.
