Wolt is a Helsinki-based technology company that provides an online platform for consumers, merchants and couriers. It connects people looking to order food and other goods with people interested in selling and delivering them. To enable this, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local logistics to restaurant software and financial solutions – as well as operating its own grocery stores under the Wolt Market brand. Wolt’s products include Wolt+ (subscription service for customers), Wolt for Work (meal benefits and office deliveries for companies), Wolt Drive (fast last-mile deliveries for merchants) and Wolt Self-Delivery (service for merchant partners with their own delivery staff). Wolt’s mission is to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 32 countries today, 28 of which are with the Wolt product and brand.  

Bordered on all sides by its much larger neighbors – Belgium, France and Germany – Luxembourg is the world's only remaining sovereign Grand Duchy. The official language is Luxembourgish, but French and German are administrative languages. Foreign residents account for 48% of the total population. Unsurprisingly for a country with a large international community, English is widely spoken and understood.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our key Restaurants partners in the region. Join us in our global mission to empower and grow local economies!  

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Develop and foster partner relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels of large Restaurant brands.  
  • Analyze and identify performance improvement opportunities with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience for Wolt’s end customers  
  • Understand needs and wants of partners, prioritize them internally by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions with cross-functional teams, internally and externally  
  • Engage partners in strategic conversations about expansion and growth (i.e. adding more venues, increasing sales, expanding with new brands, etc)  
  • Support the rollout of new product and service opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase partner revenue streams (e.g. white label logistics, advertising)  
  • Support the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns to promote the partnership, drive sales, and visibility across multiple channels (social media, OOH, etc.)

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar (Master's degree is a plus)  
  • Fluent in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are a plus.  
  • An energetic and resilient spirit is the soul to our culture, where you are constantly on your toes and seeking ways to build your category.  
  • You are a self-starter with a strong bias to action and a reliable team player who takes ownership to deliver results on-time  
  • You have a background in high growth and scale companies, Wholesale, Tech, FMCG or management consulting. Knowledge or experience in Restaurant business is a plus.  
  • You have a proven success record in business development and/or account management including driving engagements and negotiations with stakeholders on various levels, together with experience with CRM systems.  
  • You have an analytical and strategic mindset where you will be able to identify root causes, build insights, and present your findings in a clear and concise manner to make data-driven decisions.  
  • You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a structured way.
