As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our restaurant network by working closely with our Restaurant Partnership Managers. Your main responsibility will be to engage with restaurant owners who have shown interest in joining our platform and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to tailor your approach to different restaurant partners. If you have a passion for sales, relationship-building, and the restaurant industry, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for someone that has a real passion for delivering exceptional service, and that is tech savvy with ability to adapt their tone to suit the customer - you’ll need to be the person that can build great relationships with restaurants. Preferably you have some previous experience working in sales roles and you are passionate about our platform and the opportunities it offers to the restaurant owners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads—restaurants interested in joining our platform.
- Proactively reach out to potential restaurant partners via outbound calls and emails.
- Conduct negotiations on partnership terms while ensuring the right fit for our restaurant portfolio.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Partnership Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
- Maintain and update sales records, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – ability to build trust with restaurant owners.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) – a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude – comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (
