About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

A storm is coming! Over the past years, we’ve built a central sales and operations planning methodology and process to secure healthy courier supply throughout the year. As our tools and capabilities for forecasting, planning, and monitoring grow more advanced, so does the complexity of managing supply across our regions. To address this, we are creating a specialized team to own courier supply management across all Wolt countries.

To help us succeed in making supply a non-issue in all regions, we are now looking for a Regional Supply Lead to take ownership of this critical area. This role combines strategic planning, analytical rigor, and data-driven decision-making to create structure, manage forecasts, track performance, and solve complex supply challenges.

You will be part of the global team that continuously develops deeper insights and capabilities while collaborating closely with key stakeholders in your region. Success in this role means proactively driving improvements, managing KPIs, and ensuring that local context is factored into global strategies.

This role is highly analytical and requires a structured, methodical approach to managing forecasts across a large set of cities and running advanced analytics to create actionable insights for improvement. . A great candidate goes beyond running numbers—they are curious, hands-on, and constantly seeking opportunities to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Forecasting & Planning:

    • Define and manage operational forecasts and supply plans for your region, taking into account global insights and local nuances like holidays, events, and seasonality.

    • Collaborate with central teams such as finance, procurement, and product to align on bi-annual planning and ensure regional priorities are well-represented.

  • KPI Tracking & Optimization:

    • Monitor daily and weekly performance against courier acquisition and activation KPIs to maintain an optimal supply-demand balance.

    • Proactively identify challenges and take corrective actions, such as launching referral campaigns, accelerating applicant activation, or reactivating inactive couriers.

  • Analysis & Insights:

    • Leverage data to analyze trends, evaluate the effectiveness of supply strategies, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

    • Use tools like Looker, SQL, Python, R, and Excel to create actionable insights, while maintaining a pragmatic and strategic mindset.

  • Collaboration Across Teams:

    • Partner with local operations teams, marketing, and product to align on performance goals, share insights, and implement data-driven improvements.

    • Serve as the go-to expert for your region, ensuring local context is incorporated into global strategies.

  • Experimentation & Process Improvement:

    • Use experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) as one of many tools to test hypotheses and refine strategies for improving courier acquisition, onboarding, and activation performance.

    • Contribute to the development of global best practices and frameworks that improve forecasting, planning, and overall supply management.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience with analytical: You excel in working with data, extracting insights, and translating them into actionable plans. Looker and Excel proficiency are a must; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strategic Thinking: You’re able to connect the dots between data, strategy, and execution, always focusing on the bigger picture.

  • Attention to Detail: You thrive on bringing structure to complexity, ensuring forecasts and plans are precise and reliable.

  • Collaborative Mindset: You work well in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive results.

  • Proactive Ownership: You’re curious, hands-on, and never settle for the status quo. You actively look for ways to improve processes and performance.

  • Cultural Fit: You lead with humility, collaboration, and a “best idea wins” mentality while fostering a positive, respectful work environment.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
