About the Internship:

Join Wolt Market as an Operations Associate Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the rapid growth of one of the fastest-growing grocery delivery networks. You'll participate in shaping processes, solving problems, and enhancing daily operations to deliver a world-class customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- As an Operations Associate Intern, you'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, gaining hands-on experience while supporting Wolt Market’s rapid growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Projects: Assist in managing operational projects, implement facility management tools, and support tendering processes for new subcontractors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Store Managers and teams to improve day-to-day operations and enhance overall performance.
- Playbook Development: Contribute to creating the blueprint for the perfect Wolt Market store.
- Problem Solving: Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Help the team with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals and strategies.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field and are in your last year of studies.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for operations and problem-solving.
- Interest or experience in project management, with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong aptitude for working with data, spotting trends, and presenting insights.
- A collaborative and customer-focused attitude that aligns with Wolt’s mission to deliver world-class experiences.
- You are fluent in English and Serbian.
