The Role: Partnering with Tech & Product at Scale
As Wolt continues to expand, we’re looking for a Senior People Partner to support our Tech & Product teams—Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, and Design.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to craft and execute a people strategy that enables engineering excellence, high-performing teams, and leadership growth. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable tackling big-picture strategy and hands-on problem-solving, with a passion for scaling fast-moving tech organizations.
What You’ll Do 💡
👥 Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing data-driven insights and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Translate business goals into impactful people strategies, helping teams scale and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
📈 Talent & Performance Growth
- Lead key talent processes—performance cycles, engagement surveys, and development programs—ensuring our people grow alongside our business.
- Drive leadership capability by identifying skill gaps, fostering a strong feedback culture, and creating strategic learning opportunities.
🤝 Collaboration & Organizational Development
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Ops to build a cohesive approach to hiring, retention, and organizational design.
- Proactively tackle challenges and implement innovative HR solutions tailored to business needs.
📊 Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use people analytics to drive insights on engagement, retention, and talent trends, ensuring we stay ahead of challenges before they arise.
- Partner with leadership to build high-performing teams through structured feedback and talent planning.
What We’re Looking For 🔍
✅ 7+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or product organization.
✅ Strong experience supporting engineering, product, or data science teams—understanding their unique challenges and dynamics.
✅ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, balancing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
✅ A data-driven mindset—you leverage insights to influence decision-making.
✅ Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
✅ Global mindset—experience working in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural setting is a plus!
