About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Team Lead, High-Volume Talent Acquisition to oversee large-scale recruitment efforts across multiple international markets. This pivotal role will lead a team of 5-7 Volume Talent Acquisition Partners and manage high-volume hiring for roles including Support Associates, Grocery Associates, Support Team Leads, Shift Leads, CTQ Specialists, and Workforce Specialists.
A key responsibility will be ensuring the success of our shared service centers across various locations, where we will be hiring approximately 300 customer agents per month. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mass entry-level and blue-collar hiring in different international markets, with a strong ability to navigate complex recruitment landscapes and deliver results at scale.
In addition to leading high-volume hiring efforts, this role will act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, guiding them through hiring decisions, workforce planning, and talent strategy to support business growth. The location for this role is flexible, with operations focused in Poland and Czechia.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, advising on talent strategies, workforce planning, and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Collaborate closely with operational and leadership teams to ensure the success of shared service centers across multiple international locations.
- Influence hiring strategies that align with scalability, cost-efficiency, and business objectives while maintaining quality standards.
High-Volume Recruitment & Process Optimization
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-7 Volume Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring they meet hiring goals and maintain operational excellence.
- Oversee high-volume hiring efforts, with a focus on scaling recruitment processes to support the hiring of ~300 customer agents per month across multiple markets.
- Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes, leveraging automation, AI, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Expertise & International Expansion
- Develop a deep understanding of talent markets across CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), ensuring competitive and localized hiring strategies.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to position the company as a top employer in target markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with local organizations, universities, and workforce agencies to ensure strong candidate pipelines.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data analytics to identify hiring trends, forecast talent needs, and optimize recruitment performance.
- Provide regular insights and reports to leadership on hiring progress, bottlenecks, and strategic recommendations.
- Use KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Projects
- Work closely with global TA teams to align high-volume hiring strategies across multiple regions.
- Lead or contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives that enhance scalability, candidate experience, and process automation.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within high-volume recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in high-volume recruitment across multiple international markets.
- Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, with a strong track record of achieving hiring targets and scaling operations.
- Deep understanding of mass hiring strategies, including talent availability, recruitment trends, and legal considerations across different regions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data, optimize hiring processes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and act as a strategic business partner.
- Expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employer branding for high-volume hiring.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in hiring for shared service centers, customer service roles, or blue-collar positions at scale is a strong advantage.
