As an Imaging Associate, you will primarily be working with restaurant partners, focusing on closing a photo gap on the Wolt platform. You will act as a key communicator, coordinator, and problem-solver, playing a major role in ensuring high-quality photo coverage on the Wolt platform. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and managing photoshoots, assisting with administrative tasks, supporting photographers and restaurant partners, and ensuring quality control. You will be part of a small, dedicated photo team, where you’ll share best practices and coordinate efforts to maintain a high standard. Your role will also involve optimizing workflows and supporting restaurant partners in using Wolt’s self-service tool.
What You’ll Do
- Photoshoot Coordination & Administrative Support – Schedule and manage photoshoots, handle bookings, maintain records, and assist with follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication & Troubleshooting – Act as the link between Wolt teams and restaurant partners, answering questions and resolving any issues related to the photoshoot process.
- On-Site & Remote Assistance – Support photographers and restaurant partners during shoots, either remotely or on-site, to ensure a seamless experience.
- Quality Control & Process Improvement – Review uploaded images to ensure they meet Wolt’s standards, request updates if needed, and help improve workflows for efficiency.
- Self-Service Tool Support – Assist and proactively contact restaurant partners to use Wolt’s self-service tool for uploading and managing their images.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience.
- Experience in support, administration, planning, coordination, or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
- Curious about optimizing partner and user experiences, as well as improving internal workflows.
