Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We launched in Germany in the autumn of 2019, and have since been conquering the food delivery scene step by step.
Role background
As a result of Wolt’s rapid expansion and the plans we have for 2025, we need a SMB Account Management Team Lead to support the Account Management team in the North Region (Hamburg and surroundings).
Reporting to the Head of SMB Account Management, the Team Lead is the account manager of our key restaurant partners, while leading the local Team through encouragement and empowerment. The SMB AM TL is responsible for optimizing venue performance on our platform and driving revenue growth.

- Develop and manage a team of up to 10 account manager(s)
- Conduct weekly performance reviews of the region, city, and team to assess progress against goals
- Set ambitious yet achievable targets and OKRs to drive long-term growth and success for Wolt in the region.
- Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.
- Conduct renegotiations with venues alongside the Account Managers.
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership by building strong relationships, negotiating key deals, and driving mutual growth with top partners
- Create a positive work environment that enables the team to develop.
- Lead by example in terms of demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors.

- Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of driving results and fostering long-term partnerships
- Multiple years of experience successfully managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
- Fluent in German and English
