Role background (Fixed-Term Contract)
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity within Wolt’s High-Volume Talent Acquisition team in Greece, created to support a period of transformation in how we hire for high-volume, frontline roles.
As our new High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on hiring for Support Associate and Grocery Associate roles in the Greek market. You will support ongoing recruitment needs while also playing an active role in preparing for and supporting the rollout of a more scalable, data-driven, and AI-embedded hiring process.
This role is well suited for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow within Talent Acquisition while gaining hands-on experience during a transformation phase.
Why this role matters
Support Associates and Wolt Market Grocery Associates are critical to Wolt’s day-to-day operations, supporting customers, courier partners, venues, and in-store operations across Greece. Efficient, high-quality hiring at scale is essential to maintaining service quality and supporting continued growth in the market.
As Wolt prepares for the next phase of high-volume hiring, this role will help ensure continuity, quality, and strong candidate experience throughout the transition.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Greece, including attraction, assessment, and offer processes for Support and Grocery Associate positions
- Contribute to the preparation, rollout, and adoption of new, AI-embedded and data-driven hiring processes and tools
- Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support efficiency gains
- Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience during a period of change
- Experiment with and support new sourcing and attraction approaches, while executing core recruiting best practices
- Collaborate closely with your sub-team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to share learnings and solve hiring challenges
- Partner with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support campaigns and initiatives related to high-volume hiring
What we’re looking for
- You have hands-on recruitment experience and enjoy partnering with stakeholders while leading end-to-end hiring processes. You have recruited associates, customer service representatives, or other blue-collar roles in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments and openness to learning new tools and processes
- Passion for candidate experience and a people-first mindset
- Clear and proactive communication skills in English and Greek, both written and verbal
- Curiosity for data and willingness to use insights to improve hiring outcomes
