Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. As our new Merchant Services Specialist, you’ll act as a key communicator between our operations team and merchant partners, helping them succeed while continuously improving how we deliver merchant support.
What you’ll be doing
As Merchant Services Specialist, you’ll focus on building strong partnerships and ensuring partners receive the tools and support they need to thrive on Wolt. You will manage training, quality standards, and menu content, while also contributing to process improvements and best practices within the team.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Ensure partners meet the highest service standards through frequent quality and satisfaction checks
- Manage and update partner menus and visuals to align with the Wolt brand if needed
- Assist the Development team with urgent cases as needed
- Share best practices across the team to continuously improve support
Our humble expectations
- Have 2+ years in partner operations and a Bachelor’s or equivalent, owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery, clean CRM hygiene, and smart escalation.
- Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.
- Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
- Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
- Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English, Kazakh and Russian.
- Are innovative, and good at solving problems.
- Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
