In Norway, Wolt is live in 58 cities and we are only just getting started on our growth journey. Food delivery was only the beginning. Our ambition is to offer customers a wide variety of products – from supermarkets and florists to toys, books, and more.
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Sales Manager in our retail team, you’ll drive the growth of Wolt’s retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to shape offerings that meet business needs, while representing Wolt as a trusted partner in the retail space.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Defining a sales strategy to achieve targets set by the management team
- Building and systematically managing a pipeline of potential partnerships
- Developing a strong understanding of the competition and the retail market across different verticals (health & beauty, electronics, florists etc.), and knowing which partners are “must-haves” for Wolt
- Targeting new retail partners in line with company strategy and market objectives
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers
- Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract, including technical, legal, and financial aspects
- Setting clear expectations and managing relationships throughout the process
- Drive business development by identifying innovative solutions to create value for both Wolt and our partners.
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to sell complex solutions to a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll bring a strong mix of commercial acumen, drive, and relationship-building skills.
- Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within the retail industry
- Strong understanding of business practices and market trends
- A natural ‘hunter’ with a proven track record of closing complex deals and building portfolios from scratch
- Consultative sales approach, able to tailor Wolt’s offering to different partners while demonstrating ROI
- Consistent history of over-achievement and a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs
- Great communication skills, with fluency in Norwegian and English
