Are you a proactive and creative marketer who thrives on bringing ideas to life—and measuring the results every step of the way? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our local marketing team in Norway, working closely with two Marketing Managers to support growth across our three business areas: restaurant, retail, and Wolt Market.
In this generalist role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that directly support local business objectives. You’ll help set up and run campaigns, create and localize content, manage our organic social media channels, and support influencer collaborations. While many initiatives are led by the Marketing Managers, we’re looking for someone who is self-driven and commercially minded—someone who can also bring forward their own ideas to drive sales, engagement, and market growth.
As part of a hands-on and fast-paced team, you’ll play a key role in translating global strategies into impactful local executions, ensuring our brand remains relevant, engaging, and effective in the Norwegian market.
What you'll be doing
- Execute local marketing campaigns across our business areas, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize content and activities for maximum impact.
- Create and localize marketing content for various channels—app banners, email, push notifications, and more—ensuring it’s both on-brand and locally relevant.
- Manage and grow organic social media, including planning, posting, engaging, and evaluating performance.
- Support influencer marketing, from identifying and coordinating with creators to tracking campaign performance.
- Take ownership of setting up and publishing content using internal tools and platforms, including technical setups where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to localize global and regional marketing initiatives for the Norwegian audience.
- Plan, curate, and optimize user-generated content (UGC) and other assets for social media and campaign use.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a marketing generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make decisions that improve marketing performance
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with a mix of creative and technical tasks—from copywriting to content publishing in internal tools.
- Strong creative writing and translation skills, attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy and consistency
- Deep understanding of the Norwegian market, culture, and consumer behavior
- Experience with social media management, content localization, and supporting influencer collaborations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for making things happen
- Fluent in Norwegian and English—both written and spoken.
