We see this as a multilayered marketing-led visibility initiative aimed at making Wolt unmissable in Germany. Through courier and venue branding, local events, and digital activations, this project will shape how customers interact with Wolt in the physical and digital world in the cities they reside in.

What you’ll be doing

As a Local Marketing Campaign Manager, you will own execution while contributing significantly to our local marketing strategy. You will ensure timely delivery, budget alignment, and seamless collaboration across teams and external partners. From launching branded courier assets to rolling out venue visibility kits and digital activations, you will be at the core of Wolt’s brand expansion efforts.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Project Management & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of local marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with brand, media, partnerships, and operations teams to execute initiatives such as courier branding, venue merchandising, and local events. Establish processes and documentation to coordinate efforts across 20+ cities in Germany.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, including agency partners, city teams, and leadership, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Campaign Tracking & Optimization: Develop a measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives—tracking venue adoption rates, courier visibility impact, and engagement in local marketing events.
  • Budget & Timeline Oversight: Own the project budget and roadmap, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while adapting plans as needed.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with branding agencies, merchandise suppliers, and event organizers to bring local marketing initiatives to life.
  • Problem-solving & Agility: Proactively navigate challenges, adapting execution strategies while maintaining momentum and impact.

Our humble expectations

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, marketing activations, brand execution, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in brand visibility initiatives, OOH marketing, or local activations is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize campaign performance. Creativity in measuring marketing impact is essential, as some metrics may be difficult to quantify.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude—you get things done!
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
