As we’re looking to increase our impact and make it more visible across stakeholders, we are now searching for a skilled and proactive Communications Specialist covering Baltic countries to join our communications team, reporting to the Head of Communications for the North Region.

This role will be an integral part of the Regional Communications team, as well as part of the Global Communications team and will be focused on Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We’re seeking a motivated and creative thinker who thrives in a global setting and enjoys building something new.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing communication strategies for the Baltics that align with our business objectives.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile regular media reports. 
  • Collaborate with external PR agencies to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Coordinate timelines, review materials provided by agencies, and ensure deliverables meet standards and deadlines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for media representatives, handling media inquiries and proactive communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for agency partners, providing them with relevant information, feedback, and approvals. 
  • Maintain organized records of communication assets and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the global comms team, Legal, Operations, Product, Marketing, Policy and other internal teams to ensure an integrated approach to communications.

Our Humble Expectations

  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, PR and media relations, in an agency or inhouse environment  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive projects independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to adjust the tone for different audiences and simplify complex topics. 
  • Familiarity with building proactive initiatives and communicating complex topics clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for your own work and that of others.
