Store Team Leader have a strong influence on how your city operations will look like.You will build their own team by hiring the right people that support the high-growth environment, design every little detail in the store and define the perfect layout for Wolt Market.
Responsibilites:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day store operations, including staying on top of freshness, inventory and stock management.
- Developing and improving the way the stores operates.
- Managing, hiring and supporting a team of Grocery Associates and Shift Leads.
- Managing shift scheduling and productivity planning for the store.
- Maintaining contact with Inventory, Category and Content teams to ensure high quality of data in the store assortment and ordering.
- Handling inbounds, customer orders and order of the store.
- Reacting to ensure business operations in case of employee sick leaves, tech issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
Qualifications
- Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above
- Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a organization
- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders
- Be able to prioritize Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
- Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well
